I can't have my spine erected for more than one minute without a back support , and I was lately diagnosed with GAD ... is it one of its symptom... or is it something else >>>???

Possibly - muscle tension or muscle aches are a common symptom of GAD.
You should talk to your doctor.

I did talked to my doctor , and I did some x-ray for my back , nothing seems wrong " that is what he said " , nothing that really explains why I can't have my spine erected with no support .
