Was taking 800 mg augmentin 2 times daily to help fight infection causing chronic cellulitis, this is due to no lymph-nodes to help the immune system, but due to the cost switched to bactrim and after 6 doses developed gastrointestinal discomfort
Gastrointestinal discomfort due to taking smz/tmp 800-160 how long will this last?

thank you for answering, unfortunately, I am on life long antibiotics and am thinking of going back to the augmentin, i take this three weeks and skip a week to avoid becoming immune to it, it is rather pricey, but I may have no other choice, again thank you for posting...
