Yes, you can pass it to your sex partner by kissing and having oral sex. Diflucan works better than Nystatin. but Nystatin works too. You BOTH should be treated. Otherwise you can just keep passing it back and forth. If you have taken both Nystatin and Diflucan without getting better or it keeps coming back then you may have to quit "feeding" it and go off all white flour and white sugar then be treated with the meds plus use probiotics. A good probiotic may help you after you have your next treatment anyway. Culturelle works very well for this. You can usually find it at Walmart or Walgreens stores. It helps provide "good" bacteria to prevent the overgrowth of the candida.
