My 18 month old has refused taking Gastrocrom as directed (liquid in water). Can I give the meds directly without dilution or can I add the med to juice instead of water?

I don't know what sort of taste the undiluted liquid has but you can try giving it like that or with juice. If giving as it is, then you must give you child water to drink afterwards, to wash the medicine down.
