Does gabapentin help with vicodin withdrawls?

I am on Gabapentin 300 mls 3 times a day for sciatica. It is not helping in the slightest?

I also suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and am on a lot of meds for that.I just want to know if it's worth keeping going with Gabapentin.
