How many times a day is drug recommended per day?

I have never taken Gabapentin Enacarbil Systemic, or the extended release form of Gabapentin, but I have taken the Gabapentin immediate release tablets. Depending on when your doctor said to take it, or what the prescription bottle label says, that's when you should take them. Since it is an extended release form of Gabapentin you don't want to take more than prescribed as this form of the medication builds up in your system and taking more than prescribed could cause you problems. I don't know why you are taking this medication, but if it's for restless leg syndrome, you should take it at night for sure. Hope this helps, since I've never taken this form of Gabapentin, I looked it up and from there gave you what I would do! Best of luck!
