I assume you mean frequent Vaginal fungal infections causing infertility. I am not aware of fungal infections causing infertility.
These fungi are usually present in your present in your vagina but sometimes due changes (such as after taking antibiotics, if you have diabetes, etc.) in the host they may overgrow.
