Frozen shoulder - I'm 30 weeks pregnant with 2 young children on my own, getting worried, any advice

... own. I am getting so worried about how i am going to cope with a newborn, i can barely change my one year old, I have lost all movement in my right arm, and im crying in pain. I would be very greatful for any advice :)

If you can, go see an orthopedic surgeon. He may be able to inject your shoulder and/or loosened it up for you. That's what I did when I almost dropped my baby girl.

Well how did you cope when your. Other kids came, Remember childen arive groww in your body and are a gift to you and the world be good to them and they. Will help you when you get older
Love your children and they will respond Eventually good luck Q

Thank you for your reply, I feel I didn't word it properly, what I mean is, I have just developed a frozen shoulder, and now I cannot change my 1 year olds nappy, and I am worried about my newborn in 10 weeks, as I have no use of my right arm! I am looking for advice on how I can help to heal my arm as quickly as possible, as I am panicking about being able to look after my newborn with the physical things, nappy changing, dressing and bathing etc. I didnt mean i am worried about being a single mother lol! :)

I almost forgot, try to add as many as you can, as you are pregnant, I will have to check which ones do not affect the baby.

Hi there,

My husband had it and you need to get it looked at by a physio therapist Asap. because it will stay that way for a long time. A Mri will be good to get to see if it is a frozen shoulder for sure then see a Orthopedic.
