When I was eating almond butter daily, this soreness was very bad, scalp was sore and very warm, difficult to describe this inflamation, felt like blood leaking - an unpleasant way to describe it, but it is not a headache at all, sore tender spots and this leakage feeling. Stopped the almond butter, problem happens mildly from time to time - I suspect allergy to nuts of any kind, but oddly, there are no usual headache pains, just as described as above. Anyone else experience this?
From time to time my head feels like it is inflamed, sore, sometimes in different areas. Worrisome?

If you have allergies, I'd suspect those. Try eliminating foods, shampoos, conditioners, allergy meds, etc.
Also, try cranio-sacral massage to see if any of your cranial plates are in the incorrect spot.
Is the warm feeling always in the same spot?
I have experienced it, along with a feeling of great pressure in the area. A skull plate was jammed under another. Cranial-sacral therapists released the jammed plate: the pressure, heat, and tenderness was relieved.
They also taught me, after many sessions to do it myself, and gave me the info to get the training to learn how to do it myself in case I ever banged my head their again (childhood injury, which I remembered, aged 3, and the sensations had been there ever since, so I grew up thinking they were "normal", though painfully uncomfortable).
Don't have any other suggestions.

Have it very badly tonight, alarming as it is very sore on the right side - back of the head - not the neck area but towards the top of my head. I had been using Clorox clean up spray liberally about an hour before - very possibly inhaling the fumes. Feels like I had a very bad blow to this area of my head, only way I can describe this, like a throbbing blow. Will stop the clorox, see what happens, and I am very grateful for your input.
