I want to know the difference between the two meds as far as the side
effects go. Such as nausea, diarhea, or swelling of the ankels, hand
or throat.
From lisinopril to Micardis. Does anyone know of any side effect that they've had?

Yes, they are very similar, but just to be safe ask your doctor, he can asses you better..I am not a doctor, and when it comes to health and medications, safety is the most important issue.
