Friend having a rash like mark in arm joints last sixmonths. its not speading fungal infection.help?

I you're saying it is fungal, please try the over the counte cream found in the jock itch or athlete's foot section at drugstore,pharmacy with terbifinate, or Lamisil. should it turn out to be tinea/ringworm, this will work best but still take 3 to 4 weeks to clear up. wash hands very well after treating with the antifungal cream, most fungal inf. are contagious.
