Pill imprint TV 58 has been identified as Tramadol hydrochloride 50 mg.
Tramadol is used in the treatment of pain; back pain; anxiety; syringomyelia; rheumatoid arthritis (and more), and belongs to the drug class miscellaneous analgesics. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy.
Tramadol 50 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.

It is small white oval and small it has inprinted on one side 285X as well as rph. Please let me know what this pill is used for and the name?

and then i line through the pill then two numbers are rubbed off but it looks like a 2 at the end
