Pill imprint TV 58 has been identified as Tramadol hydrochloride 50 mg.
Tramadol is used in the treatment of pain; back pain; anxiety; syringomyelia; rheumatoid arthritis (and more), and belongs to the drug class miscellaneous analgesics. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy.
Tramadol 50 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.

It has a M or W on one side and a 57 on the other side and do not know what it is. Could you please tell me what it would be?

I found some pills that my boyfriend was hiding. They are small light pink oval pills with SB on one side and blank on the other.
