Pill imprint P 20 has been identified as Propranolol hydrochloride 20 mg.
Propranolol is used in the treatment of migraine prevention; high blood pressure; performance anxiety; benign essential tremor; angina (and more), and belongs to the drug classes group II antiarrhythmics, non-cardioselective beta blockers. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy.
Propranolol 20 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.

I found a round white pill that has the letter T printed over the letter Z on one side. I cant figure out what kind of pill this is?
