For post chemo person with ostiopenea how effective it is to use cozaar for hbp?

thanks mary, I insist on getting off the cozar generic after all the problems, first went half a doze, still same, than change back to my atenenol . All the symptoms gradually went away, including weird weight gain that was almost like baloon like around my weist line, you could see it getting bigger everyday. I have very healthy diet so it was not me. I am back to normal now, dr, did not agree with me that it was the cause, but I guess she knows now. I was having seizure like attacks when temp got hot, and my blood pressure went down drasticly. I hope this helps some one having problems that not realizing it is the medicine.

Hi Biz, I happy to hear that you are off of it too. I forgot to mention that I was on Cozaar a few years ago. I also gained weight. Every month I would ask the doctor why am I steadily gaining weight. He would shrug his shoulders. I finally thought about that and realized that he did that alot, I changed doctors and learned I was retaining fluid to the point that if would have gotten dangerous. Like you I hope others read this that are taking the medication and having problems. Maybe we can keep someone from going through the side effects like we did.
