... retention. Plus I am on high dose narcotic patch for spinal injury for 5 years. Relistor gives great relief in one area and is causing severe urinary retention... catheterisation will be required if I continue. Have others experienced this?

I think the fact the Relistor eases the constipation so effectively proves my difficulty is more drug induced than disease related.

Urinary retention has been reported as a side-effect in clinical trials of Relistor .
