Hello D3rdcmr1024. I'd have to say no. I researched on several sites as well as this one and found nothing to suggest or say that Focalin or FocalinXR causes vision to deteriorate or blurr. Doesn't mean it cannot happen, to date its not been reported as such. You might ask your dotor or pharmacist to confirm, or get thier opinion. Best wishes and good health to you both,pledge
