Focalin - Can it be snorted by kids wanting to get high? Is it a narcotic drug?

He's doing something with it and it can't be good. Focalin (dexmethylphenidate) is an amphetamine used to treat ADHD. It can be used as a stimulant or a psychstimulant. It has lots of scary side effects you can warn him about: abdominal pain, liver problems, seizures, hair loss, and toxic psychosis (basically it can make him psychotic).
