... have 2 movicols and 2 coloxil and senna at night and I have 2 microlax enemas and abdominal massage and digital stimulation as part of my bowel care and I still dont get a huge result.I feel full and uncomfortable all day I have oral fleet maybe once a week with a good result.Can you suggest something that may make my life abit more normal,maybe something natural that may lubricate my system.I would love some positive solution,this is very upsetting.Thankyou

eat apples, (if you can eat the skin) since its full of fiber. You can also eat mangos (taste good) and eat as much of the skin on it too (it gives you and added amount of fiber) without the full belly afterwards. Usually, eating fiber requires one to drink lots and lots of water to help digestive system but you don't need that full feeling.
