It is always a good idea to notify on a screen when you are taking a medicine so if they get a false positive they can confirm it with a different test but on the other hand there is your privacy too. Flagyl isnt a controlled substance and I'm not sure if it can cause false positives but I dont think it should show as a positive for what most clinics are looking for.
