Fiorinal with Codeine - I am curently taking tylonal 3 as pain medication , I ahve bad kidneys and?

... liver . would i be be better taking fioral?in stead of tylonal3

I was told by a doctor that the tylenol 3's are best to take for someone with bad kidneys.
