Fiorinal with Codeine - how long does it take for this drug to leave you system?

The ingredients you need to be concerned about are butalbital and codeine.
Butalbital is a short to intermediate-acting barbiturate. As a rough guide it can probably be detected in the urine for around 7 to 10 days.
Codeine can still be detected for around 48 hours.
Other factors to take into account include age, health, weight metabolism etc
