I can relate, how exactly the marketing laws and guidelines work is uncertain but many stores may have the choice of wether to carry the product due to reviews, liabilities, and knowing for sure how safe it is for the customer... I reside in Iowa and have not seen it on any shelves period. I would call the company directly and ask ... vfy if it has been cleared for sale... It was a good brand..

I know that the one without the aspirin in it still isn't on shelves, at least where I live, so I've had to take Tylenol with caffeine pills for a similar effect (I take it for headaches, the caffeine probably has more of an effect on them than the Tylenol). It's not AS effective, but it does the job. What sucks is that the Excederin that has only acetaminophen and caffeine in it, without the aspirin, has NO generic equivalent, which sucks for people like me who can't take aspirin! I guess we'll all just have to make due until they finally get them back on the shelves!
