When I used the patch I put it on my chest with a small amout of paper tape on the edges, don't put the tape across the patch because the medicine will race into your system to fast. You can do the same with the tape anywear too. Try that and if it don't work you may have to try something else at night, becasue you really don't want that medicine everywhere. I put mine on my side (lovehandle area). I have tried everything else, and this seems to work best for me. It wrinkles sometimes, but has never come off. I always prefer baths to showers, so I put it above where the water line will be! Good luck, hope you find a spot that works for you! There are also types of medical tape that you can put over the entire patch. As long as it's "breathable".
