Fenofibrate after dinner and rosuvastatine before bed time effective to lower high triglyceride?

Both medicines are used to lower triglycerides and cholesterol in the blood and you are taking them correctly.
However this particular combination needs to be used cautiously, due to a serious potential drug interaction involving the kidneys and muscle toxicity.
If you develop any signs of muscle pain or weakness you should see your doctor.
