No one except a physician can really answer that question and it should be a physician that really knows you. You really should see a psychiatrist although it generally takes some time to get in to see one so a primary physician would do in a pinch. If you are looking for something herbal, I can recommend Valerian Root, Kava Kava, maybe St. John's Wort, &/or Chamomile Tea. If you visit a health food store someone there can assist you in finding these or a blend. Also, I suggest that you try to find 10/20 or 30 minutes aside to yourself to calm yourself and try to meditate. You can find CD's or MP3 downloads that can assist you in this process, but it really does work to destress yourself and maybe find the reason for all your frustration and stress. Ideally, you need to know the source to find the cure. Good Luck!
