My father act like he need it all the time and I dont want him tp depent on this drugs, will it hurt the heart in any way and they said he only have 6 month to live , but he get upset if he dont get this drug what should I do.
Father has congestive heart failure chf, they are giving him morpine will this hurt him?

Leave him be. The morphine will be improving his quality of life. What does it matter if he becomes addicted to it .

The morphine was given to ease the pain, he is in end stage and the doctors want him to be as comfortable as possible.
