My son has exercise induced asthma. We found an Albuterol inhaler that expired in Feb. of 2009. Is it still safe to use?

I wouldn't advize taking a chance if by some slim chance it is safe stll it may not work for him. I would definately get a newer one so you can rest assured that it should help if needed. Try to avoid using any product that has expired especially meds. He may need it to save his life so please get a new one for him. Hope this helps, marjorie zych
