Hello amperman1. Generally all medications are discarded a year after being filled. In the case of Amoxicilln, I would not use as the properties in the making of the drug would be less effective after a years period of time. Regards pledge

I have been precribed 500 mg 3x a day of Amoxicillin from my dentist for a root canal?

I just had to go to the Dr. for poision oak and he then precribed 500 mg 2x a day of Cephalexin. should I take both or can I just take one?
