Experiencing migraine lake headaches after taking doxycycline 2 days for lyme disease?

Sorry this answer is a bit late ... but headache is not generally a side effect of doxycycline. It is more a symptom of Lyme Disease. I hope the headache episodes have resolved ... otherwise please see your doctor.
