Exemestane - can this cause severe back pain and numbness in my leg?

I'm on estemestane and I'm having severe back pain and numbness in my right leg and foot. I had x-rays march which showed to be normal but the pain has gotten worse. Could this be caused by the med.

I would call your Dr or Pharmacist, we do not know what your past health is and other med's you are taking. To me sounds like a trapped nerve and those can be missed or unseen. maybe a sciatica?
