... have been so constipated that when I have had movements the last two days the have been very compound and have ripped my anal. I did not have a box so I did not find a doseage so I only took one. Im not sure if i was sopose to take two and can not find the dosage on here any where. I am currently on prednisone and am now worried that this might interact with that! Im up to my arms in crap help me please

Sorry this question was not answered earlier.
The doses of Ex Lax are as follows:
Take with a glass of water.
Adults and Children 12 years of age and over: take one, up to three tablets, in a single dose once daily.
Children 6 to under 12 years of age: take one tablet once daily.
Children under 6 years of age: consult a doctor.
There is no problem taking Ex Lax with prednisone for a one-off constipation problem but it would not be wise to take Ex Lax with prednisone on a regular basis.
