Hard to know... The only mineral you really need to be concerned about is the iron. The RDA (recommended daily allowance) for elemental iron in females aged 14 to 18 is 15mg per day and 18mg per day for females aged 19 to 50.
Check to see that you are not taking a lot more than the RDA.
