The best thing to do is follow the directions,but most of the time when there is a cream that you have to put in the vagina its best used at night because this allows the cream to stay in its place instead of leaking out,it should say on the box when the time to use it is,if your still unsure a quick call to your pharm will let you know.hope this helps

Thanks for your quick response, I appreciate it. It doesn't say on the box what time of day to use it which i thought was odd, I kind of thought the evening is when I should be administering it. I was using it at night when I first got it, then one day forgot to use that days' dosage and remembered it the next morning and continued to use it in the morning. I will start using it again before bed. Thanks again for your help!
