I have been using Estrace for 6 months and have only experienced rare vertigo/dizziness for a few moments at a time. I would have stopped if I had experienced any of these symptoms. After the first 3 weeks of daily use, dropped dosage down and have been only using once a week for over 5 months.
I hope you find something better.

Hi mwstinson,
My gynocologist told me to use Cetaphil lotion for dryness. Only a little bit to moisturise the vaginal area. It works fine and no weird stuff in it. My daughter and I use Cetaphil cleanser for that area to clean also. It's good for the face and bottom area. Hope this helps. smiley happy

It sounds to me that you are getting too much estrogen when you could be estrogen dominant already. Too much estrogen causes nausea.
