My husband is getting stye's in the eye frequently. He hasn't tried any remedies yet, but i wanted to inquire about erthromycin.

Erythromycin in every form is a prescription only medicine.

Try a used tea bag that you have put in the fridge. It has a drawing power that works well. This is something grandma used to use.
