My friend has been on mirapex since February 2009 and azelect since December 2010 for Parkinson's. Even though he has tried viagra, lavitra, and cialus he is having trouble maintaining an erection. Labido is normal. FYI, he was taking viagra before being diagnosed.

I realize this answer is very, very late (may help someone in future) and perhaps your friends problem has been resolved ... but there are other medicines which can be used for erectile dysfunction. Please see link below.
