had a pacemaker inserted because i had atrile fibrilation few years back do have constapation so take epsom salts do seem to feel poorly later on the day can this be through epsom salts is it dangerous for me to be taking it can it be hurting my heart

Sorry this question has not been answered earlier for you.
You can safely take magnesium sulfate even though you have a pacemaker.
A bulk laxative may be a safer option for you eg. Psyllium
Talk with your doctor or pharmacist.
