The owners of the "cleanse recipe" are warning you about the adverse effects of taking Epsom Salts (magnesium sulfate) the active ingredient of the recipe. There have been reported cases where patients have been given an accidental overdose of Epsom salts
and the results have been fatal. Too much of the drug causes muscle weakness, leading to breathing failure. It also can cause low blood pressure and cardiac arrest.
Check with your doctor first.
