EpiPen 2-Pak - I have an EpiPen with an expiration date of 2003. Can it still be kept for emergency?

the problem is the air pressure can leak out over time just as with a fire extinguisher and if it has no pressure when attempting to inject nothing will come out which is ineffective so i would say toss it and get some more.
