Has anybody been in the position of being on the Entocort EC and have a grandchild with a mild form of chicken pox as far as exposure???
What is the percentage or risk of me contacting the chicken pox???
This is a tough call because his mom doesn't want him and we need to take action immediately.

Sorry this question wasn't answered earlier for you.
"Patients who are on drugs that suppress the immune system such as Entocort are more susceptible to infection than healthy individuals. Chicken pox and measles can have a more serious or even fatal course in patients on immunosuppressant doses of glucocorticosteroids."

Ultimately the choice is yours...
Is there anyone else who can look after your grandson until he is free of chicken pox.
