I have a serious side effect from Morphine and Codein where they cause Biliary spasm. I recently had surgery and was given endone tablets and had the same pain with Biliary spasm. They gave me Buscopan and Pethidine which releives the pain which was severe.

Oxycodone can cause it and so can Nucynta. Tramadol and hydrocodone are the only ones I've found so far that don't.
