Endometriosis: luprolex injection, when will my periods begin and can i get pregnant if no period?

Luprolex or Lupron Depot as it is known in the US is used to relieve the pain caused by endometriosis and to reduce its lesions. It does this by suppressing the hormones that cause the endometriosis to grow. After your last injection your hormones will start tapering back to normal ranges fairly quickly and your period should return. The amount of time it takes for your period to return varies between women. As time goes by your chances of pregnancy improve. If you don't conceive right away, don't be discouraged. As many as 85% of women coming off of Lupron Depot become pregnant within the first year after their last injection.
