Ipecac syrup was often used, in the past, to induce vomiting in the case of accidental poisoning. It is rarely used now a days because research has shown that while it induces vomiting its use in accidental poisoning is of little benefit.
You will struggle to find it.
Talk to your local pharmacist ... (an older one!)
