Effects of methadone and doxepin?

Methadone and doxepin should be used together very cautiously.
There is a risk of developing a serious type of arrythmia (irregular heart beat) symptoms could include dizziness, palpitations and fainting.
Also caution is required with activities that require concentration, such as driving etc as this combination is most likely to significantly affect alertness, co-ordination etc.
