Hello Dtas. Wellbutrin (Bupropion) has been used off label as a cessation to smoking. My son was taking it and it worked for him. He no longer smokes. If you prefer to continue to smke, you might ask your doctor to prescribe you another drug to replace the Wellbutrin with. Regards, pledge
