1.Can topotecan (J9350) be given instead of VP-16 (J9181) since both these drugs have same qualities.
2.If epirubicin is given from 12.30pm -1.05pm and 3.10pm-3.45pm (ie)in between eloxatin(J9263) is given.how to bill the admin hours.Can we bill Non-chemo additional seq (96367) with 2 units.Could anyone please clarify my doubts.
