Im on seroquel zoloft and wellbutrin.... I have chest congestion, congested nasal and sore throat what over the counter drug is safe to use while on these meds that can help with my cold.

You are okay to take anything with phenylephrine for the nasal congestion and guaifenesin for the chest congestion.
You could try something like Sudafed PE Non-Drying Sinus. A local anesthetic lozenge such as Cepacol will help with the sore throat. Add Tylenol for pain/fever if you need to.
