Dosage - can I give a 7 year old that weights 108 pounds Robitussin Peak cold?

I have given hem children Robitussin but it does not sem to be help my son at all

Try giving him about 1/4 of the adult dose, but please ask the Pharmacist first. They can help with dosing. Good luck with your little one. Seems he's already got a high tolerance to meds! Jillian
