Does xenical affect the liver or kidney? I sometimes get oily urine?

Systemic exposure to orlistat is minimal. It is probably metabolised in the gut wall and excretion of the unabsorbed drug is via the faeces. Xenical does not adversely affect the liver or kidneys. See http://www.drugs.com/pro/xenical.html
