Does voltaren help with severe hip pain, arthritis of hip?

No, not really if your pain is classified as "severe". There is a Voltaren Gel which is lick a ben gay without the smell that you can rub into the affected areas up to four times a day. Provides some relief. See what your doctor thinks about it.
